At the start of my plan I thought I would do a 12 wk programme, lose all the “baby” weight and have amazing before/after pics but that was totally unrealistic to begin with! Megan’s food & training plans were easy to follow and if anything the food plans gave me more variety than I had before, especially around snacks/dinners (which were suitable for all the family so I wasn’t just prepping for myself)! Monday check-ins were a great way to keep on track at weekends and Megan always had sound advice, making tweaks to nutrition plans if we felt something wasn’t working and always had kind words especially the Mondays where I was running out of steam and moaning at her!

I cannot say enough positive things about Megan. She is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable - not only on the training side but also when it comes to nutrition. I have already learned so much about my body - how to properly look after my health & nutrition, I’ve also learned that it’s an ongoing journey, not a quick fix. I always look forward to my workouts. 

I started in August 2020 & I am so glad I chose to contact Megan. She continues to keep me motivated during these difficult times, especially with the continuous lockdowns. She is always there to give unlimited support or advice & consistently checks in with how I am getting on with my nutrition plan and workouts. 

I love that Megan shows me different work outs that can easily be done at home & always guides me through the proper techniques. I can already see some great results and feel more comfortable & confident. I have never felt so good in myself physically. It definitely encourages me to keep going. 

What makes Megan one of the best in my opinion is that she caters to your individual needs, makes you feels comfortable no matter what level you are on and genuinely cares about her clients. The most important thing about having Megan as your trainer is while challenging you, she continuously makes you laugh through it! So she not only helps you get stronger and fitter physically, but it’s a huge help for my mental health also. 

My goal when starting Megan's programme was to lose weight & to try establish an excercise routine. Not only did Megan's plan help me achieve this it also gave me easy to follow food & excercise plans suitable for me and because of this are sustainable and I can continue to use each day. As the food plan was based around food I like it was very easy to follow and had loads of choices & variety.
